Medical care is typically frequent and extensive for those battling cancer. Therefore, the chance for patients to live close to that care is invaluable. American Cancer Society Hope Lodges are a free home away from home for those who reside far from treatment facilities, helping to cover living expenses as they are unable to work due to illness.
Atlanta’s Hope Lodge provides over 10,000 nights of free lodging per year! This translates into more than a couple million dollars saved by cancer patients and their caregivers, allowing them to focus on returning to full health and preventing financial ruin. This year we celebrate the 20th anniversary of Atlanta’s Hope Lodge and aim to raise $25,000 through Atlanta Select to help fund structural improvements. Make a donation in any amount below today! Donors of $250 or more may have a customized Hope Lodge brick to commemorate their support. Click here to learn more and download the brick order form.
