The American Cancer Society Auxiliary will proudly host its
21st Annual Hope Fashion Show
on Monday, March 12, 2012 at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead.
The Hope Fashion Show is a captivating and inspirational event dedicated to honoring breast cancer survivors and to celebrating the memory of those we have lost to this devastating disease. This event is a major fundraiser for the American Cancer Society’s breast cancer programs- collecting funds specifically for early detection, education, patient services and research.
We are delighted and honored to once again have Belk at Phipps Plaza as our Fashion Sponsor and Jezebel Magazine as our Media Sponsor. We are fortunate to have their support in the fight against breast cancer. The Hope Fashion Show has been a sell out of more than 600 people in recent years and has raised over $1,000,000 for the American Cancer Society over the past 21 years. All of this is made possible though the generous support of donors like you!
Despite great progress being made in the detection and treatment of breast cancer, it is still the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women. In 2011, approximately 39,520 women are expected to die from breast cancer. Only lung cancer accounts for more cancer deaths in women. Our efforts are paying off.
But we still have work to do.
Whether you are a sponsor of the show and/or longtime participant, or have a new interest in fighting breast cancer, your participation at any level is much appreciated. The Hope Fashion Show is an uplifting event that supports the American Cancer Society’s efforts to find a cure for breast cancer and to help save the lives of our dearest family members, friends and neighbors.
We look forward to seeing you at the Hope Fashion Show!
